Could someone please take the results & tell me what make & model of boat each one was?

Also who was B12, disqualified with lack of life raft?

Thanks fo taking the trouble to get those fantastic pics. If it wasn't for the dedication of people like you we wouldn't be able to see these great boats racing in those types of conditons. Love the shots of Cinzano right out, Swipewipes and also Smoking Aces and as for that gorgeous Apache 41, well all I can say is that Tony Toll is completely bonkers as he must have spent more time in the air than in the water - will have to have a couple of those!!

truly some great photography there, lots of pics of the boats, mostly air born, liked the couple of pics of 2 of the boats comming off 2 seperate waves together, got a soft spot for war horse, after seeing it in the flesh at poole harbour a while back, well done all

Good to see the other images coming in so i can see what i missed in the Solent /Hurst.
Thought i would try somewhere different from Hurst due to the course change this year, but the sun caused some problems.I went and recced it on Friday and i thought they would come close in , but on the way back not going, but i must say it does not look half as bad from the top as it does from the bottom when you know you've got 300 ft to climb with a camera bag on your back
I missed Microlink on the way out because my spotter(the wife) on the cliff top told me they were offshore, they weren't, and i was in the middle of putting the lens extension on when he came past ( the walkie talkie was a little blue for a while !!!! ).
Photo attached of me waiting, the green 'flat' bit leads up to the almost sheer 150ft cliff

Wow Rob you've let the secret out of the bag now! Your shots are truly outstanding. Congratulations - they really convey the conditions that those guys had to deal with.

There are no exhausts visible on Swipewipes, it has through-prop outlets.

We appear to have taken on a load (as in shed loads) of what looks like mud/rust flakes in the fuel on saturday from Itchen marine when we fuelled up. It completely blocked the low pressure fuel system/filters on port motor. (tanks only went back in a few weeks ago following a complete refit of fuel system, and mods to tanks, so they were absolutely spotless when we went to fuel up on saturday)

Not a good day. Thank you Itchen marine & towage! The conditions suited Swipes perfectly and we were running mid 50's in the bigger seas, as were many of the larger front runners. Could have been a reasonable result if we'd kept both motors going.

A huge thanks to Chaos & Matt who kindly drove our vehicle and trailer to Weymouth to collect us.

I have been thrilled to see Cinzano up there as ever - many congrats to all and a huge 'Cheers!' to the organisers for the tracker.
Would someone be kind enough to mention (and maybe manage a photo for the records ?!) who receives the John Mace Designer Trophy at the RYS tonight. Many thanks.
Just been in touch with Sam - anyone know who took the John Mace trophy?

Also, Dry Martini - did they call into Torquay??

They had some nav issues with a faulty GPS, didn't intend to go to Torquay, just took a while to get back on track.

Mike travels home to the US with NO (zero) physical injuries this year....A first!
