Suzuki 85 outboard, won't run properly...

Got a suzuki dt85, only way I've managed to get it to run is to wind all 3 mixture screws in tight, choke on and pull the timing advance lever that operates with the throttle about half way and it will run and rev, then after about 30 seconds it will die... Any ideas??
