17Ft Jet Boat V6 essex, what Make/Brand?

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and thought I would sign up and ask the community if anyone knew what model/make my boat is, I can't find any information about it. It has no identification number.

It is my current project i've had for 6 months or so now, bought it in a bad state, seized engine/jet drive, floor rotten and stringers. replaced a fair amount of stuff on it including the undersized trailer it had when I bought it.

Anyway heres some pictures-

Pictures were taken a week ago when I switched over the trailers at the local docks

I have to say it looks very similar to a fonda boat, looking on google they have the same bulge on the bow etc which puzzled me.
