Absolutely not. I sooo don't dance. On my wedding day, I was more worried about the 1st dance than I was about getting married.

I would have thought that when refering to a M2 'Marathon' race boat, with an alleged top speed of more than 80mph, 'running' would mean to the layman, travelling for a reasonable distance (say, 20 miles) at a minimum speed of say, 60mph. I reckon i could have that boat capable of floating and going fwd and astern, by the end of next week, so that's clearly not a 'running' Marathon race boat in the eye of the layman (or indeed the pro). Clearly, once sorted, it will need to be capable of 250 miles and >70mph, the 20 mile figure and 60mph speed suggestions are meant as a 'kind' guesture in recognition that further setup will be needed. But would demonstrate that it was definately the 'real deal' and was 'getting there'. (which is I believe, your claim)

I'd be prepared to risk a possible (or maybe even highly likely) structural & mechanical failure of my Phantom by bringing it out as a platform for official judges to view the demonstration from.

What is it with you Boating Folk, allways wanting to change the agreed rules no wonder you dont like the "L" word bet your all in court more often than me ......

But Jon if thats the Bet you want I will take it, however the wager is £10,000 which must be paid by both parties in cash to a stake holder bank to be held in joint names until after sunset on the 31st May 2009....

Only Joking Jon I wouldnt want to take your money.... and Im glad your feeling better (sence of humour returning )

Sorry, you may have misunderstood. I have no interest in entering into a bet with you, I don't need to.

See you on the start line for PCP.

Good to hear you dont need £10K tax free just thought as you were seeking to change the "Rules" to "Jon's Interpretation of the already agreed Rules" you might want a side Bet based on your "New Regulations" but obviously not (just throw the pebble into the pond and wait for the ripples eh Jon)

As has been stated on Many Occasions we wont be taking part in the PCP but are more than prepared to "See" you on the Start Line and wave you goodbye in a Hearty Sporting Fashion

Tonight should be fun
