These cell networks that have 'won' the iPhone contract could just be shooting themselves & their competitors right in the foot.

Yeah, got it yesterday.
Had some fun & games hacking it.
You need to downgrade the software version to a hackable one (from 1.1.1, down to 1.0.2) then run the simfree application that fecks AT&T off out of it, then activate it. Sounds simple, but was a pain in the arse. especially when some of the virtual key functions didn't work right!
However, I re loaded the V1.0.2 software tonight, and all 'appears' to be ok now.
It really is a very sexy little fella, the graphics and animations (of the graphics) are amazing, as is the browsing, email, ipod, video playback and all the other usual apps in modern phones. The pinch & stretch feature to resize pics (when viewing) or the browser (Safari) is awsome.
Syncs with Outlook, so my 500 names & numbers etc went in like a rocket.
Will report back when I've been using it for a while.

Apple have now implanted an 'I-pod Nano' in to a womans breast.
They are going to call it the I-tit.
It has been developed is response to women who complain about men staring at their breasts............but never listening to them!

Iphone rival
New Iphone rival coming out soon, it's called the T mobile G1, the first ever Google phone.
Have a look at it here http://gadgetshow.five.tv/jsp/5gsmain.jsp?lnk=900
It's already on sale on ebay US, cheapest one is $450 which works out to £244.

I suspect it will be a few years until I upgrade my trusty Nokia 6310i.
The call register shows 4000 hours of calls!
T Mobile now give me £300 credit per year for not taking a new phone.
