My tool box consists of an adjustable spanner, WD-40 and a roll of duct tape. For emergencies I hire a hammer.

Why would you collect that amount of tools over only a couple of years, many of which virtually double up, not use half of them, then just sell them?
Does anyone else think they're all stolen?

Too much thinking isn't good for you!
Check out his feedback and past sales, doesn't it suggest to you he's a trader, seems to specialize in workshop equipment.

I'm thinking of adding a bit of string if I can find it for the right price. My problem is that no one seems to know how long it should be.

All tools are hammers. Apart from screwdrivers. They're chisels.
