some of our judges need their feckin heads read!

I suppose it would help if 85% of them weren't over 75 years old.

I'm sick of this RIAA/PRS bullshit.

Perhaps we should have a 'strike' for a year, where no-one buys any music!

Had 3 calls already this year from that organisation questioning me over this...is there any music played where customers can hear...is there bla bla...is there bla bla bla if there is we will take action against you each time I have been very friendly and nice to the caller as I really don't want them turning up giving me grief...however back in 92 they did turn up to a different shop I owned, a guy came in up to the counter and said I can hear that tune on your radio that's radio one, I looked a bit bemused but within an instant he had whipped out a recorder and was taking notes, I instantly turned down the radio and told him to f*&%* off this caused a massive argument for about 10mins in the end he conceded that a court would probably not find me guilty for having a radio at very low volume for me to hear while at work however should I play it loud so customers generally walking around the shop could hear when he came in next time he would have to take it further...thankfully next time he was reasonably friendly...but now things have changed its grab grab grab...and court if you don't pay...f...Kin country f...kin Gordon brown

However we get what we deserve the Americans would rebel but no we just take it

IMHO all this "compensation culture/suing for nothing" crap came from America in the first place.

Can't imagine this 'theft by radio too loud' nonsense happening in Greece or Italy!
