Bollocks!
Got a brand new Nokia N80 last friday
its now at the bottom of the sea
fell off the dash on my van tonight when i was launching Cyco and it was gone forever i got wet feet and everything but couldnt find it.
Orange insurance wont cover it either want £300 to replace it.
thats what you get for telling the truth

i've got a new sim card coming for £17.50 so will stick it in my old phone, thanks anyway

After returning to the slip way at 1.00am Burty managed to find his phone.
He's not sure if it will work yet, got to dry it out a bit first.

sim card and memory card work fine in mates phone so not too bad so far

Phone is ruined but because its now just damaged and not lost orange insurance are replacing it tomorrow between 9am and 1pm for a £15 excess. thats cheaper than my new sim card.

Why wouldn't Orange replace it? How did you get them to change their mind?
At £60 a year, their insurance isn't cheap, but I thought that it covered just about everything.
