Death by sausages!

For around the last 6 months, I have actually been slowly modifying my intake, which for those that know me has been at times somewhat ginormous! But due to a damaged gall bladder, I have now become just a little susceptible to "pains" if I don't moderate my fat intake!

Unfortunately, I've got the builders in re-concreting the yard and at lunchtimes I have been making their staple diet of sausage sandwiches, and despite my enormous will power, have indulged in a few myself. It's very difficult to say no when you see them sizzeling in the pan!

They got their revenge in the night, and I now know what it's like to have the contents of a car battery poured down my throat!

I've come up with a cunning plan though, just got to find me George Foreman grill, and get a repeat prescription on me painkillers!!!

Those George Formby's are great. I especially like the way you get a ukulele tune whilst its grilling. However, I always get really worried to see the amount of fat thats in the collection tray after cooking that would otherwise have been digested by me!

So Tony what you are saying is that when you have a load of burly builders round you like to give them a nice hot sausage? No wonder the captain is so fond of you!
