MR Johnson
We have found that the use of advanced laminating techniques have yielded very good results using paper mache. Also nearly all our production winds up in Greece and the conditions and light usage don't require anything more robust. paper mache also offers a graet saving in weight. looking at the photos of yourself and your bote it would seem that lightweight isn't an important isue to you.
Another good reason for using paper mache is that Tawpeedos pass strait through the boat without exploding, quite an important issue in your case I should think
In Joburg Johnson is slang for prick I sense it has a similar meaning in the UK
Mr Don I presume the R in your name stands for Ramble I must say your comments are very Boering

just what exactly is Boering?
If by perchance you should mean Boring, then that is a label more aptly associated with the drivel you come out with.
Boring - Something uninteresting.
Humour - to make joke
Lighten up Johano
By the way isnt the Falcon a rib?

Losely speaking, yes, but unless you wanna get 'dissed' big time, you'll have to stop using the words 'RIB' and 'Falcon' together too much! (owners of the genuine article will get most upset)

Just as every man on the planet reckons his knob is the biggest.
Thing is, it aint a Hardboat its more of a softboat.
I shouldnt think too many members of this Forum would have much interest in toys like that.
Dont Toys R Us have a Forum?
