I'm interested in members thoughts regarding the following
I asked a salesman 3 months ago why a tyre on a car that I purchased was replaced on the day I picked the car up. He read from the service history that they keep (car was purchased 2 years earlier) that the tyre was abnormally worn.
I would like to add that I was aggitated during the converstion.
(reason being is we only did 6,500 miles in 2 years and the tyres are knackered)
The salesman now cannot recall ever saying that the tyre was abnormally worn
My question is.. Would you forget the key part of a conversation about a complaint that happened 3 months ago.
May I also add this is a main dealership that I presume is not inundated with complaints.
