Responsible for alot of the Zenith work.
Have just finished the design of Zenith MK2
Used to work at Electrotech / Trikon may have tested that unit your stood next to in the pic.
Also know the TPU product very well, not that interested in the M150 or IGRC old hat now.
Do you have a Zenith pump lift truck down there?
I designed that.

Just edited my previous post. Meant to type "We may have met", not "We have met"! Unlikely though, if you're on the design side.

We do have a pump lift truck here, came in with the new stacking pumps. It's large, dark grey with onboard batteries. Definately Edwards, but I'm not sure if it's a 'Zenith'. We've had it about a year I suppose.

That Omega is quite old, 6" machine, 12-15 years old probably. We have 3 of them, plus a couple of 6" Sigma's & recently an 8" FXP. I've been up to Trikon too, about 3 years ago.

M150's: I've changed more of those cartridges than I care to remember

Zenith: Nice design.

The Lifter that comes with the stacking frame is junk to be polite.
Looks like it should be on a war ship.
I designed a new item to lift the pumps into the Zenith, I belive that they are to be used on the IH stacker frames now.

Will post a pic later.

Yeah, I was kind of hoping that wouldn't be what you designed.

Zenith abatement thingy itself looks nice; haven't had to work on it yet, it's still on trial here. I think the gas mix in our pump exhaust is proving problematical. I'm not really involved, as the system it's fitted to hasn't been signed off to production yet.

I believe we have IH pumps. (small cylindrical silver things, look a bit like a small turbine). If I remember correctly there are four of them in the back of the Zenith?

My job is 'Equipment Engineer'. I have to be able to maintain & fix a large variety of gear, but unfortunately this means I don't get into that much depth on each item. Sort of 'Jack of all trades' thing. Can be interesting when it's busy, but ultimately, not that much job satisfaction.

IPX pumps, you have a mini Zenith down there by the sound of it.
The systems that I normally work on house two IH1000 pumps per frame, and a system has between 2 & 4 frames.
Similar to what you have but larger pumps.

Anyway enough work talk.
Nice to talk to you.
If you need any help with either products and you are struggling to get the information you require PM me.
By the way my Dad was responible for alot of the Sigma and Delta design work, he was principle Engineer at Trikon for around 22 Years.
