In the address bar of the browser, where it says http://boatmad.com there used to be a little 'e' for internet explorer. Then, after I rebooted my PC, it suddenly became a little red 'B' for boatmad - which is cool IMO.
Funny though, it updated itself immediately on my work computer, and remained the default old one on my personal computer untill I had to reboot....
The 'B' looks like -->

I believe it is cashed, and it does not bother to check for a new one often. If you add a page from boatmad to your favourites, or make it your home page, or create an offline version of the page, it updates it cashed value...

Slightly changed now, to ,'BM'
it's so wee, it's hard to make out on some browsers, as they only display a 16x16 image, whereas some display it at full 32x32
here's the source file.
i may do another 'clearer' one.

You can just store it as 32x32 and let the browser resize it..
