Ipod touch info?

I'm not going to bother with an Iphone, but I was thinking of upgrading to the Ipod Touch, I'm going on a bit of a trip and thought the browser and wireless connection would make it easier to keep in touch via email and maybe even on here and the tube site as well?

Does anyone have any experience of this thing?

Thanks,

I had the briefest of plays with one over Christmas browsing over my home Wifi network. Was pretty impressed at how intuitive it was for a first time user and with the screen clarity for browsing. Typing though was an absolute chore for me - my fingers are too big for the touch screen keyboard. That would be a major limitation so I think I'd just as soon stick with my laptop!

I totally agree with you!

I still use an old Nokia 6310i for phone calls and car hands free.

When away from home - the laptop is the best!

Might be worth looking at the Nokia Tablet, think they call it the 810.
