I am fairly confident when I say, we are ALL bored with your bollocks, you are too keen to hide behind 'lawyer' speak, well it doesn't mean sh*t on a public forum so try and talk like a normal person when you are off duty.

By the way, I think you will find that you have to invoke Chatham House rules at the start of a conversation in order for them to apply.
I don't remember the conversation that involved several people at Drivers that day being under the law of 'secret squirell', so please go ahead and tell all.

Did you have to look that up Simon?
You have a voice, use it instead of hiding behind others to defend you animosity...
or would you rather speak behing closed doors....and leave it up to others to fight your battles?

Yes I did look it up, unlike you I don't pretend to know the law!
I do have a voice and I am using it, just thought I would give you a chance to be a man for once, guess I was wrong. By the way who exactly am I hiding behind and who is defending me and fighting my battles? Maybe you need to re-read this thread, it's me, just me, so bring it on.
If you would rather I gave out he info, please just let me know. I'm fairly sure I still have a full set of balls at my disposal.

Is 'diminished capacity' still available as a defence even it's your brief that's the nutter

I didn't ask if you would be better than me, I just said I hope you're 'better than this' in court.
Do try and pay attention. And stop putting words in peoples mouths.

Wouldn't 'delusions of adequacy' be a better defence.

Yeah, he said I would turn into a delusional, lightweight lawyer with balls the size of peanuts.
Just going to double the dose, just in case he was right.

Ok look, it seems that this conspiracy theory doing the rounds at the moment, whilst being an admirable idea to raise the profile of powerboating generally, has very little real teeth.
It seems to me that what we need is some sort of Arronowesqe affair.
I am therefore offerring my services to do someone on here over for the highest bidder.
So bids please, along with the name that you'd like done over and any special requests you'd like added to the scenario.
Anybody gets more than one vote and I could do some sort of special price.
Oh and the swallows are flying south for the summer
