I would have thought that there would be a speed limit in an enclosed area like that - presumably in Holland and I have no idea of the laws out there but I guess he will crash and hurt himself and/or someone else eventually driving like that. He obviously comes from the if in doubt trim it out school of powerboat driving!

So true. even if that was open water there are too many bods like that around. Seen some in the uk too.
