Phanton 1 Chauldron 0?
OK,
Did anyone notice a Phantom won the Pwelli sunday race, and the Chauldron withdrew as it was too rough?

I just thought it was odd there was no comment from JF.
I did however insult them several times, called the boat a 'fake boat' and explained to Ana how you steal a boat design, whilst standing next to them. I went further to explain how - as it was a poor copy - they had to withdraw from the race, and how the original boat would still be racing...

Tell me more! He (Kinfast) stated that the 33 Chaudron was the best rough water boat he's ever been in.
Maybe TD's right

didn't hear your insults in Pwllheli .... but then I don't generally listen to people who are stupid enough to pay someone four grand to come and steal their engines.

I assumed that the telly, fridge-freezer, ice-maker, or summat, fell off the wall!
No need to comment, having heard the lowdown on Chaudrons setting up up of that boat! Probably would have retired meself had I been the type of person 'stupid enough' to buy it in the first place.

Had a ride in 'Marex' whilat watching the Littlehampton race earlier this year, and was very impressed with the ride over the lumpy seas. It seemed well balanced and the and the ride quality was excellent too.

I was watching from the shore throughout that race, and marex looked like it never went over 30mph while I was looking! very spectacular.

no can do. Boat is off the water having it's bilge fixed, it's engine lifted and it's saddle looked at, so I am off to Man Friday in Kinsale for some good eating. Looking forward to seeing the pics of the poker run though.

Shame! I thought mebbe Kinfast would demonstrate 79mph in some 6 foot seas for us (obviously pissed out of his head) in it.
I take it you mean 'bilge pump'?
