I'm confused, but not disapointed. I've just taxed my truck on-line, and was expecting to be shocked by the cost of it. It's a 5.4 litre petrol, and I'd been reading how gas guzzlers were going to be penalised, yet it only cost me 101.75 for 6 months! (185.00 for 12)

My trucks the same 5.2 litres = £185 a year. The new tax bands go off the emissions and the dvla don't have the data for American cars and most imports.

My 6.8 litre motorhome tax is £90 for 6 months
