My parking permit was sent to me ( on renewal ) by the council. They had an issue with their printer, and it did not print the last character of my number plate. I got fined. I appealed and lost because it was my obligation to check that the permit was correct for my car.
I paid for the permit, I parked outside my own house and I got to pay £100 because of the council error.
Then I had to pay £5 to get the permit re-issued.
I refused - as it was their error, and again - the small print showed I had 14 days to notify them of any errors.....

the neighbour i trust will keep her dog under control especially around our door/tree outside the house otherwise she will find out what it's like to have a dog crapping around her door...
Still cant quite see how the traffic warden missed/conveniently didn't see the permit though and the council insists of writing to them and not being able to speak to them over the phone, you'd think that they could just check on the computer that the car was registered and paid up for parking, but i guess they will try to gey every last dime out of their residents...

Actually might down-size a bit. Velocity 22 or 26. Maybe even a Formula 242 LS and I've always liked the look of the old narrow beam (by American standards) Scarab 26 and 28 Excel. Just not sure how they are built.
Or perhaps a Skater 24.

The formula and the Velocity 26 look quite nice, however isn't the velocity 26 getting a bit towards the size of the reefer/noisy or are you looking to downsize to something with a bit more noise of presence rather than size? Unless you could race then in the chesapeake
