No, I don't have one of those, I think they're only really needed if your working it really hard, or towing summat pretty heavy.
I guess a couple of minutes should do as a setting tho', just time for the housing temp to drop enough not to burn the lube in the centre bearing.

Turbo timer
had a turbo timer on my cossie. used to set it for a minute unless i had been giving the car lots of stick in which case i'd set it for 3 minutes. wouldnt have thought you would need it on sommat like that though because you are only running low boost i was running 2 bar and turbo used to almost become see through where it was so hot.

Chris,
My Phantom is pretty heavy as Phantoms go, it weighs just over 3 tons, plus the trailer, so I'd guess at nearly 4 tons total trailer weight, despite this, the Pajero pulls it remarkably well, it has adequate power and considering it's short wheelbase, it's pretty stable when pulling such a huge weight (probably 1.5 tons overweight)
The brakes on the trailer that the boat is currently sitting on don't work, so stopping it, especialy in the wet, is a bit hairy.

I have a 3500 GDI white and silver.
Recaro seats, sat nav, adustable height suspension, dual climate control, 210hp, plus usual extras.
haven't driven it yet as waiting for model report to be written.
The thing is like new, can't wait to drive it.

Sounds cool, couldn't you hire a model report, or is it the first one into the country?

As it is a 1998 pajero it needs a model report, unfortunetly it is still being written.
I have been told it wil be 4-6 weeks B4 it is available to hire.
Does anyone know if I can put it through an SVA without the model report?
