How did you capture the image? I've tried the usual ... select all... file save as.... I've tried emailing it to me, but it doesn't recognise the swf file?

press "print screen" ('Print SC' key) which copies image, then open adobe Photoshop>, new file,> "control V" which pastes it into the new file, job done.
