here is THE CONTRACT we both agreed on and signed infront of a notary.
He did not do half of what he agreed and that is breaching this contract, now he blames me for his own stupitity !
Also as u read the contract , show me where we ever agreed on that he will be in the boat !?
He payed to be 50% partner in an LLC and it was his idea, not mine !!!!!!
So please safe your breath and read this first !
