No i did not forget, and the plan was that he would be in the boat..but would u after a guy does not follow his own agreement have him in there ???

Come on, get real.

Then after threadning me and telling me on e-mails he wants to kill me, after he did not fullfill his signed contract , i should let him in my boat ????

The story is about his girl, not so much about him...but hey ask your friend gino to post his side here.

I do not want to post dirty laundry ,,,my attension was to have fun and be competitive at the races......his deal was to get a green card !!!!!!!!

So he did/does everything his US girl tells him and is clearly not himself !!!!

I for my part will wait untill the court date and after that i will post the outcome !!!!!

PS: the things he did not fullfill ( first he listet his Girlfriend as a manager on the LLC document , we never agreed to that )

( second , i did all the work and payed for it to get the boat ready ...he did absolutley nothing and did not pay his 50% share, like he agreed in this contract )

And NO, the 8K he paid had nothing to do with getting the boat ready......it was to be equal partner in the LLC !!!!

So i dont know how u work over there ..but if u buy a partnership in a company and then the company needs money to move forward...do u realy think its only 1 person that puts money in ??? or do u also need to pay in to the company for your agreed share ???!!!!!

Then , do u realy think if u are a partner u can just put on the company who ever u want with out your partner / s agreeing to it ???

Whatever, u will see !
Nuff said, u all can believe what u want.

Is it nice in Guardian reading "fluffy-land" ?

The idiot who is being bad-mouthed here has a classic case of "Manos-itis" ..along with, it appears, some other unpleasant traits....and I'm not just talking about the mullet...what on Earth makes you think he should be treated in a "friendly" fashion?

I have never read the guardian but maybe you should, it might help you grow up a bit!

How does me making a tongue in cheek comment about how this is all so friendly deserve the abuse I received from you?

All you have done is made my comment even more relevant, I am not saying that I approve of anything that he has said or done in fact quite the opposite but surely if everyone dislikes him so much then the best way to deal with it is just to block him and ignore it!

cookee cheers for the more diplomatic reply, I have been following your build thread and others which is the real reason I joined, not for this petty nonsense

So I don't know Gino other than seeing his boat at Records Week. I certainly don't know Scott and I neither know nor care about their business dealings. I do however respect this forum and the sport of Powerboating. Could I suggest we just let the thread die as all this is doing is tarnishing the sport when we are in serious danger of losing it completely. I would also point out that those with RYA and UIM licenses who race or have any intention of racing should be very careful what they post on open forums as the RYA are starting to monitor this type of Forum and are taking a very dim view of any sort of shall we say "questionable" content from a legal point of view not just against them but against anyone.

The RYA shouldn't be so nosey.

This is all just banter and opinions...just like "real life", it's what happens in conversations!

So ,I say, just ignore the Pc Police and let it run.

It's good fun!

Remember Free Speech?!!

I doubt that the majority of the forumreaders think this is " good fun"...
Thread should have been deleted a long time ago.

Will post the outcome of the Court .. let's see if he's full of air there !! As to me this topic can be closed .. all what rest is to sart a voting poll to get that scammer of our beloved UK forum. And looking forward tho Rutherford new post and explain us why he cant enter Germany till 2014 ... bet because he is a real Saint !
