Even making allowances for English not being first language Bogi, I think you are right about doing a check....some of these phrases conjure up very worrying images indeed.

Sometimes it comes wrong out when I am writing and typing Iceland´s phrases raw into English like the chicken walking, it is actualy when you have hurt your foot and you can´t walk normally and you are waddling from one side the other.
That could surely be called English word/sentences fetish
