Well, we have spice and Rusk on the way. We'll be making some Bangers in a couple of weeks.
Then they want us to make flavors - Honey Roasted, Pork and Apple, Pork and tomato and basil, Chicken Teryaki, and Chicken feta something.
I'll let y'all know how they turn out.

Update
I suspect we are now the largest producer of Bangers in the USA.
We have an order for 220,000 -250,000 pounds of Tomato Basil Bangers for November delivery, and the same amount of Honey Roast Bangers for December delivery!

I hope you're marketing it as the 'Boatmad Banger'! (not to be confused with Kinfasts boat)
All sounds great! well done.

The brand name will be Balson, the oldest butcher shop in the UK. Around since the 1500s or so, is what I've read.
These first batches are being sold to Angel Food Ministries, a non-profit, for distribution to people in need.
The thought is, if it is accepted through this channel, they may go retail in the US. So, you'll have to wait a while.
They are definately different than brats, but I kinda like them. Real tasty, but with a different mouthfeel because of the rusk (at 10%) in them.

OK, so now TESCO is coming to the US.
I went to their website, but in order to register to access the site, I need to put in a valid postal code and an address.
So, can somebody give me a fake address and a real postal code. so i can get signed? I want to see what they sell and what they charge.
ps - Black Pudding is blood sausage, right. Been there, done that.

We've made 253,000 pounds of Tomato Basil bangers, now we are working on 220,000 honey bangers. I think apple is next.
What other flavors are there?
