OK, Just for you Wacky, I've reduced it to 3 characters, 10 was the default setting from the new software, I just hadn't become aware of it till you pointed it out.

Also changed one or two other settings & permissions while I was at it.

Keep any observations coming, so we can get it all ironed out ASAP.

why does your pm list get section into date catogories?
