ADVANCE PROGRAMME

Saturday

High Tide: 1328 hrs.
Free Practice: 1230-1430 hrs.
Scrutineering & Signing In: 1500-1700 hrs.

Sunday

High Tide: 1410 hrs.
Briefing: 1100 hrs.
Safety crews briefing: 1130 hrs.
Launching to commence: 1130 hrs.

Main race start: 1300 hrs.
Race duration: 50 minutes + 1 lap

Support race start: 1415 hrs.
Race duration: 35 minutes + 1 lap

Bambino race start: 1515 hrs. (T.B.C.)

Presentation of trophies: T.B.C. (subject to above)

Please note: Scrutineering & Signing In on Sunday is by appointment only and numbers are strictly limited.
Competing boats will be assigned a launching number by our chief marshall. If you are not ready to launch when requested to do so by a marshall, you will not be launched at this event.

Take the A2 from the M25 , direction Canterbury / Dover. Take the A228 from the A2, direction Grain. Allhallows is signposted from this road.

Allhallows Yacht Club is reached through the “Allhallows Leisure Park”
On the following pages you will find a car pass to allow you access through the park. Please ensure it is visible in the car at all times.

Once through the manned security checkpoint take the second turn to the right and follow the road directly to the yacht club.

Camping, under canvas or in campers, is free for the weekend and toilets / showers etc. are available in the club house. Please seek the marshall’s directions before 'pitching up'.

The caravan company that owns the site have a limited number of caravans to rent but please remember that this is their (a) business and (b) high season. Their tel. no. is 01634 270 266, ask for Scott or Matt.

Food and soft drinks will be available from the snack bar in the club house at advertised times and there will be a b-b-q in operation from noon on Sunday.

The Bar will be open all weekend and there will be a Disco in the club lounge on Saturday night.

Rochester is our nearest town, about a 20 minute drive away, and houses many restaurants etc.

Regular unleaded petrol of indeterminate source is available locally. If you require anything else, you are advised to source it en route.
