These are a bit cheaper than Wing or Wizard. The Yanks got fed up paying Aussie prices as well:

http://www.eaglesports.com/eaglewate...acingsuit.aspx

But you still have to pay carriage, duty and VAT.

Nico keeps a stock of Wing suits in standard sizes in Belgium.

Darren Patterson at Wizard gives a discount on your second suit!

That's a real shame, if you can get the patterns back Terrapin Wetsuits near Leicester may be able to help, if not I know someone in Deeping that might be interested in making them.

Chris Wreford used to get them made somewhere in the South West. Was that by TWF using the same patterns?

warmback

i have a warmback race suit from the early 90's and warmback is only down the road from me. james b has had a word with him and he seems a bit reluctant to make them. i have offered him my suit to copy again but he seems a bit unsure about the whole thing. im going to call in see him next week and get a proper answer. i know james nearly had a deal with him if he could get some proper orders on the table... ill keep you posted. apart from the obvious people i know about would anyone else be interested???? if i told him there a few people defo wanting them i could try coaxing him with a bit of the folding stuff
they were really good suits in there day and there are still a few about..ill try my best

http://www.warmbac.com/

They now seem to specialise in wetsuits for 'caving'.

It may be worth discussing the production of any new suits with a member of the Racing Committee first because of the new comment that has appeared in this years rules. They may have plans to introduce new guidelines. The Belgians have been testing in a pool the levels of buoyancy in some of the Australian suits.

Extract from 2011 British Racing Rules:
Wet suits designed for ski racing with built-in buoyancy will be accepted only if they are of
a fluorescent colour or an article of clothing like a bib is worn (from the waist up) over the
wet suit. (Testing of manufacturers adequate buoyancy is ongoing and may be the subject of future ruling)
