Ski Racing on Sky Sports
This years national ski race at Weston Super Mare on June 16 is to be filmed for Sky Sports. Proactive Television Company, who filmed all the racing in the 90's will again be filming with a view to televising the event on Sky sports channel within 2 weeks thereafter.
This is a great opportunity to showcase our sport to a large audience in the run up to the world championships in September.

Calling All Ski Racers
We need to try to put out as large an entry as is possible for this race. Anyone who is considering just doing one or two races for the season, make Weston one of them. We would all like to see our boats on television so this is our chance.

Bring Your Go-Pro's!
The film production company intend to download every one's race footage from their memory cards after the race. This will be added to their own footage and will be used to help make the 40 minute presentation.
A 4 minute ski race taster DVD will also be produced and this will be available to all competitors

Despite the best efforts of the weather, the filming seemed to go well thanks to some exceptional racing across many classes. The BBC were also in attendance so we just await the results.
