I think you'll find the nose weight entirely dependes on the tow vehicle.
My car ( when I used to tow with it was 50kg) and later I had a merc 310 van the manual stated 75kg.
60lb is only 30 (ish ) kilos

Hi all, looks like this has changed to "the trailer thread" Has anyone got any news on the original thread Please. I really would like to find out where she's from, what she's done , her complete hull ID number and most of all her original name.

Hi All,
Can anyone guide me in the right direction, to find out more about a 21ft Phantom, built in about 1986, blue in colour, with white number plaques, with the number P201 on it. I have bought this boat and would like to find out about her history.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
Cheers
Peter
PS. I know this might sound Superstitious but I want the boat is being launched next Thursday and she must be named by her original name.
Please let me know if I can find this information soon..
Peter

Sorry for the delay not been online for a while. From memory (when i was ski racing)i may be wrong but i'm sure i'll be corrected, P201 (i think all chasewater boats had a P prefix)was a blue P21 used by John Lonsdale to pull his son in the juniors and think it was called either "Patriot" or "The Patriot"
Hope this helps, its been a few years and thats all i can really remember
