Very disappointing to see the size of the final squad going to New Zealand even allowing for the costs and time involved. In previous years, funding from the Sports Aid Foundation depended on a Bronze medal position in world events. I'm not sure if that still applies, but such a small team must struggle overall.

Its nothing to do with the distance or costs, I have been to the last 5 World Championship's and thoroughly enjoyed them. as a good friend of mine comes Rotorua he has advised that it will be cold and you will need to wrap up, not happy spending a few thousand pounds to be in the cold, unfortunately that is the view of many, coming from the UK when we go on holiday or to an event the weather is a factor.

I find your coments about Dad buying your title unnecessary, we all rely on family, friends and sponsors to help with the costs, but that is all academic when the flag drops.

I wish all who are competing a Great Championship.
