Why do people call them "Nitro" when they run on mainly methanol? Always used to call them glow engines - maybe these days "meth" would be better?

'Street' terminology I guess, don't really matter though, does it.

The half gallon I have here is 10% Nitro.

I think the more generic term is IC (Internal Combustion) as apposed to electric. Don't see many pure diesel motors these days. Not surprising when you see how easily this bad boy starts. I got it home. stuck some fuel in it, gave the primer a pump, poped on the glow battery, and it went 1st pull! Better than my real bote!

What a disappointment. I thought you guys were into something special...they're just normal glow motors! Feck.
