Although it may be small, I wouldn't like to tot up the hours it took to measure up a full sized boat, draw out all the stations and profiles, cut out a forty ish piece jigsaw, make the plug and mould for this boat. So for some reason people who suggest splashing, or as I call it stealing piss me right off.

Shes got a 35mm prop in pics, was from hobbyking only £7
Got a 32 aswell to try
Got the outboard with no motor and put a 2845 3900kv in it with a 90 amp esc and 11.1v lipo
Ive only run once to work out where to put battery ect went realy well didnt want to give it to much tho as didnt have any way of recovery just in case she went over, to cold for wading over nad height,if winds ok will take her out sat for a good hammering.
The whole set up not including rc transmitter and receiver was les than £175

How are you going to cover the motor etc to make it all watertight ?
Just a flat hatch ?

Its got a clear plastic cover which gets stuck on with clear waterproof tape, you can see it in pics, this makes hull watertight, they come with the hull from kitten.
