83 Ps Cat

Everything in the `Ciao` diary seems on the button bar one fact.In 1983 Toleman also used his wood 38ft cat (as for 1982) for his European jaunts (Venice etc),and it also pitched up for the 83 Windermere records again.
Black Tornado has confirmed in the past that the wood cat was at Venice with a pic of it cruising around there. In 1983 the journo`s never seemed to report on the Euro races,so it went unnoticed. Not bad Mr.Ciao 9.5/10, but must try harder.

I confirm again.
This shot was taken in Venice in 1983; Toleman-Smith were the winners of that open season race.

Thanks for those!

I just spoke to Clive Curtis, and he remembers the boat next racing in California under Tom Gentry ownership.
