Poole 1990

I'm starting to slowly add some more vids to my youtube page and am presently uploading footage from the Class 2 (European or world?) championships that took place in Poole bay in 1990 - Iceberg/Ugland/HFS/Fays One/Kent Koi to name but a few. Can anyone please confirm for me that it was the European champs? I would use Graham's powerboat archive site, but Acrobat on my stupid pc (64 bit - incompatible?) won't read the archived files - doh! Thanks.

I think it was the World Class 2 championships, I was the Navigator on J & B M123 and I think we finished 7th overall and we were nearly the slowest boat! Lots of boats broke down as it was so calm.
I could not believe how Neil won as he was on the rev limiters and he was borderline overheating his engines as he had them trimmed out so far.......amazing driver! The Iceberg cat could do well over 100 mph.

Nige, a screen shot taken of Graham's PDF in a format I am sure your Amstrad can read.

You can buy me a 103 after dinner on Friday.
