150 class
if there is going to be a 150 class for 2015 it would nice if the rules were in place
now regarding gearbox, misections, epa or not,or are they going to tell us the week before the season starts.

How do you know what will comply, if nobody has had sight of the prospective class rules?

That's fantastic, have the RYA published them or do we need to know some kind of special handshake in order to have sight of them?

Z is monhulls. W is cats and Bats :-)
Gearcase is realtively free. If you got a Merc you can have ANY Merc gearcase that fits the rig without any mods on the midsection. The midsections themselves can have solid mounts but thats it, standard 20" is the deal. Works out quite well. And dont forget the 2.5cm rule as well!
The propshaft 2.5cm under the lowest point of the hull. Or lower if you want that (No one does that over here )

Ye lifters is allowed but they cannot be moving up or down during the race. Have to be "locked" in one position. No one uses hydralic, just manual lifter. In W you dont have that rule tho. Min weight in Z is 840 kg crew included
If you need any more pics from our Boats just shout, i got plenty. My Phantom is also being riggen according to out rules. (The class my p20 will Run in is basicly the same as Z but with more power )

Surely 840kg requires at least 200 Hp

I assume boat rules are same as 3c but without Canopies ! Or do they intend to take on OCR ?
Has anyone actually been consulted about this mystery new class that we all so desperately need ?

Why?!?
Our 150 Boats Run 65-68 knots on race if Its flat.
In "my" class V-300, the minimum weight is 860 with a 200 on. A Bat 23 ran 74 knots this year, silly fast without a CP.
Hopefully my boat will be as fast, I bought his engine
