if running under 7000 rpm then 40:1 if above 7000 rpm then 32:1
mixing different makes and blends of oil though is a no no!

mix ratio

run mine at 33 :1 ratio i think you will find that is the recommended mix for xr2 of my year 98/99 200 hp

All oils mix without issue, synthetic, mineral, brands etc. The only downside is dliluting a good oil, with a not so good oil so lowering the overal quality.

I use performance bike synthetic oils in my outboards.
