85mph in a p20
burtys got apache back after our 83 mph wipe out .going out at 9 am should we go for 85 or is that just to fast for a p20 ?

nope the lads didnt do 85, to rough even for mad bloke! Was out in Pete Philips (welsh Petes) old P20 "wizard" excellent fun, onbserving then skiing behind "mutz Nutz" well rough, hands to flying stations sprang to mind

Not boasting but ive bin past 80 and im not A VERY GOOD boat driver so i think a p20 can do over 83 easy with that sort of power...!

P21 Patriot used to run around 85 in flat water, that had a Chris Lewis 2.5 at about 330hp... then again I don't know how much of a difference there is between the P20 and P21 at speed.

3 different people did over 90 in Sinkunits very light p21 fitted with merc 280 running 260 electrics, The original owner ran mid 90's regular with his 300 drag till it went bang.

I did over 80 in yours when i managed to keep the pedal to the metal for about 2mins, frightening the slightest breeze/ripple/throttle twitch stops you going in a straight line! Once you fight past 70mph things get scary!
