It's an Avenger, either a 21 or 19 from about 1972.

Wonderful boat in it's day, designed by Don Shead.

The 21 in particular was very prone to stuffing

It "evolved" into the Tiger Shark 21, very popular for Ski Racing in mid to late 70's.
