Another "What is it?" - p18?

Saw this down the road from my dad's house lastnight, wondered if anyone could help me with what it is...
I'm thinkin it's an old p18,
unfortunately I was waiting to meet someone halfway through a party so didn't think to look for any kind of HIN.
Gonna ring the owner tomorrow, apparentley he works for Leeway!

That's the idea!
Stick 2 seats in it and somethin small like a 90 on the back for this summer, sell the picton and do this one over the winter, either sell on or put a 130 on it for next year...

Definitely a P18, but the one needledick splashed to create the famed '6.3' rib, was red & white I think, and he sold it yonks ago.
