It's not a Phantom.
It's a stepped, Belgiun splash (Raffshite), and it's absolute rubbish. fell to bits in it's 1st basic race.
also, it runs with it's nose in the drink.
Used to belong to Clive Baker, before he bought the current splash (Double Vision)

The 19 is now seperately owned and no longer named.
The 21 goes quite well from what I have seen

The replacement doesn't seem to be any different.

To be fair, I think 'Double Vision' is 'OK', as splashes go. But the first stepped one, was I think an (failed) experiment, and as such, was built in an extrememely flimsey way. It suffered horribly in a 'round the island' basic a few years back, when it first appeared over here.
Needed mega repaires after that race, for both the structural failures incured, and a collision with 'Team Tanglefoot' just after the start shute.
You'll notice it's painted.
'Tax Rebate' in a previous life, as 'Johhny Bravo'. With the bow of a 'real one' behind.

I raced in Johnny Bravo with Dave Spurling at Littlehampton.
Bloody awful thing. We pulled out after 2 laps.
Dave was a laugh a minute though.
