I managed to get to hayling today and I was just wondering where did you race to? What distance did you cover? First time down there and I was well impressed.didn't know the tide ran so hard though! Paul

The ECA is on the opposite side of the Langstone Harbours Run.
We raced out to the first shipping marker, about a mile or two off of Eastney and back into the Run/finish line outside the clubhouse!
'Impressed'....Yeah, It's a nice spot ey!
But I have to say, you'd be even more impressed if you visited the ECA itself.
Their facilities really are impressive....from winch launching to onsite workshop....not to mention the Clubhouse!

Nice, I launched at the ferry, now I know where your talking about! I saw 2 boats get pulled out there, I belive it to have been ringmaster and apache (lloyde on here). Would have been nice to have had longer down there but as there were no signs to say the a3 was shut completly and sent me back up to the a31 I spent more time in traffic!
