bernico/ cyclone

does any one know why most bernicos and cyclones have black hulls, they always look like they have been antifouled to me ? thats not a critisism just an observation

May well just be the paint jobs... As far as I'm aware they certainly are not anti fouled

I have a bernico f2 and the hull is white.

Most bernicos are painted and not gel.

my running surface is black gel, the white is painted. as far as i know all the bernico running surfaces are gel with just the sides and decks painted.

Mine is primer, and all but the running surface below the chines is a vinyl wrap! I will be painting the running surface though, and re-wrapping the rest
