best phantoms

Sain hi to the two pompey guys and their dogs bollox black and also bluey purple phantoms we met in cowes last nite.

The new black one with gold bezel gauges is pure sex, never ever seen a phantom look that hot b4

and the purple one is one very rapid boat, theres not many single engined boats that accelerate away from my mates rib at 70 like that.... he caught up with ya in the chop mind

anyone know em??

glen

maybe yamaha blue the light was fading a bit it was hard to tell, running 280hp i believe,

i mentioned boatmad of course boss!!

the black one was slightly different moulding in the dash panel i think, he said he bought it off a mate who started building it from new then realised it would cost £30k to finnish and run out of money, i believe it was a 19'..........soz guys im not a hardened phantom kinda person but this boat was the absolute dogs i dont rekon theres a better one but i had had a few shandys by then

i bet the neighbours loved us, 4 straight thru exhausts all leavin at once with a heavy right foot, well as loud as you can be in 6kt speed limit

er it was practically flying with the planes in to southampton airport, thought we were gonna loose him once or twice after a quick look at the stars and then the green but he came thru the spray, he almost kept up with an sr8 in the rough and pulled away from us on the flat

my mates boat is an effort to plane with his big prop so once we got goin and moved the ballast to a secure seat those guys were already leggin it so its hard to tell

I' m not an expert on Phantoms but saw may have seen the black one heading out from Langstone Harbour to the Isle of Wight couple of weeks back?

Have a couple of pictures but can't upload them myself. I can e-mail them to someone if they want to put them in this thread?

Frankly there's too much Phantom talk here.
As a new cat owner: 18 Argo & 90 Yammie with NOS kit having reached unheard of speeds -see attached pic-
Lets see a Phantom do that.

I was in Pipplers when some of the crew were getting mops / deck wash etc etc for Hero, and the guy serving them said "Were upto £970, do you want to pay now or will the skipper settle up the full bill"

I paid my £2.20 for my nuts and cleared out
