Best Propeller 4 my Mercury?

Hi,

I have a Mercury Black Max 150Hp, and I want to know what is the best propeller for my engine.

I always runs on the sea.

Thanks

Totally depends on what boat you have.

There are loads of P20 owners on here and people who used to have them so you will get good advice here.
I would have thought a 21p laser II would run well.

Agree with mr Rob, try a laser II as they are an easy going prop but slightly slower top end. or you could try a 4 blader

Et lightning

I would recommend a 22" small hub lazer 11 which has a smaller balde diameter than the 21" large hub Lazer 11 and therefore will give better handling on a phantom 20.

Or if you can get hold of one try a ET Lightning again a great alround prop from hole shot to top end, with great handling.

The ET will give you similar speed to a chopper but with none of the handling issues.

You will need to get both props worked to suit the boat.

Yup, I run a 22 laser 2 on my P20 with a 200 and it works really well. Don't get a large hub (odd numbers 21, 23 etc.).

Hi! I have one question!

You are talking about to use a small hub prop on a V6 gearcase , right?

Does it need any modification or can i put the prop on it without problems?
Why a small hub? I ask because my bro has a 225 yammi , and he can also use the small hub props?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Best regards!
Andi
