boat deck

exploring options, have a bit of a rib project and would ideally like to re-deck it with an easily available closed bow, sport/race boat style deck.

Old cougar 225 would be perfect, maybe an old p25 deck, extreme 26.

Obviously it would be a cut and shut, and a working project, as a result I cant afford the £15k cougar quoted me for a deck alone. Ideally looking for something 25-28ft long, DECK only or ready for the chop saw

you will still be throwing a fair few quid at it mate, also consider the man hours if you are going to do it yourself.

A lot of work involved

It needs alot of man hours regardless and it sounds unbelievable, but a new deck might even help overcome some other issues.... Plus I'll have somewhere to throw a sleeping bag
