Boat identification

I'm restoring a speed boat, I have no idea of it make or age but doing a search online brought up the same style boat advertising as a Shakespeare???. The first pic is of my boat (white), the second pic is of the one I found advertised as a Shakespeare (red). I'd really like to know the manufacturer and a rough age. Any help appreciated

Defo a driver
One of my first boats was a black and white driver 440,with 85 yam , called the driver, good boat was quick and went well in the rough 👍
