Can anyone recommend a good company to undertake a small repair to the transom of a Fletcher 14 please - Ideally in the South East? This will probably be an “engine off” job, to get a good result. Many thanks.

Try using Ricard 07591 957374, seems a nice chap, used to build boats, just outside New Romney Kent.

We be changing my transom on my Phantom 21 in December.

Just out of interest, how much is he charging to change a transom?

Splitting hull. replacing transom and gluing back together £1500

Although I have full stripped the boat before hand.
