Good work Mike - nice to see a ring winning races, albeit lake and not offshore.

What was the competition like - similar boats and engines??

As I said before there where very short races first one was about 24 km (saturday) and second one was on triangular course with 2 km lap, 3 laps per race so 6 km

There where races in 4 classes
First was JT250 - class fo kids
T-500 , engines up to 500ccm
T-1000, engines up to 1000ccm
and clas T-Open so every boat with engine over 1000ccm
Fastest boats where:
My Ring with XR2
Second one was Polish 20ft boat called Rostyle with 200hp merc efi You can see this boat on 3rd pic (with number 7)
After that there where Invader 20ft with 5.7 litre mercruiser, 22ft crownline with 8.1 litre mercruiser, some bayliners.

So as you can see the only one who could beat my Ring was this 200hp Rostyle. Other boats was VERY heavy so not very fast
