Bristol race hull

Picked this up the other week for £35 quid off ebay... Was after abit of info really, what engines did they run? Is there still a class and are they worth anything? The transom is very shallow as you can see so I'm interested to know what power and if they ran shortened mid sections.

Thanks for that, do they have shorter mid sections? What speeds could be expected?

Hayle town council in Cornwall have good taste as they have a Bristol as a roundabout planter full of seasonal flowers!
